Pre-order

Items available for pre-order are marked with the "Pre-order" icon, which indicates the approximate date of receipt of the goods at the warehouse in Moscow. A complete list of items available for pre-order is in the N category EW .

Pre-ordering

• Choose an item, color and size and add the item to your shopping cart. Continue shopping or place your order.
• If you place an order, register or make a purchase as a guest of the site.
• Check that you have entered all the information correctly.
• Choose if you want to pick up your order from the indicated stores or receive it via courier. Check the correct shipping address.
• Check the correctness of the order.
• Pre-order is available only on a prepaid basis.
• Click the "Checkout" button and you will automatically be taken to the online payment page. Click on the "Pay for the order" button and enter the required data.
• Payment for the order is made in one payment. The payment process is described in detail in the section   Payment .
• After payment, the NEROlab team will contact you to confirm the order. If the order contains items with different dates of receipt at the warehouse in Moscow, then after confirmation the order will be split into several orders. Each of them will be delivered on time.
• After the item you need has arrived at the warehouse, the NEROlab team will contact you to clarify the details. You will be able to change the type and delivery address. In case of an increase in the cost of delivery, the operator will send a link to the additional payment, in case of a decrease in the cost, we will transfer the funds to a card or bank account within 1 to 10 banking days.
• You will receive an email notification as soon as we ship your order.

Cancellation and refund

If you want to cancel an already made purchase, please contact us at the toll-free number +7 (495) 142-99- 12   or in any other way available to you and inform about it.
Refunds are possible according to the standard conditions, you can learn more about them in the section   Refunds .

You cannot add or replace an item in an order.
