Refunds are valid only on the   territories of Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.

3.1. Calling a courier in   Moscow: enclose the return form along with the   returned goods in the   original packaging and   seal with an individual sticker that is enclosed in the   order. Place the date, signature and   decryption of the sender on the   sticker. In the   case of sending a return without a sticker, responsibility for the   safety of things lies with the   sender of the order (buyer).  
3.2. Calling a courier in   RF, Kazakhstan and Belarus: enclose the return form together with the   returned goods in a   dense package. Seal with a custom sticker provided by DHL or UPS. Add the date, signature and   decryption of the sender on the   sticker.
3.3. The date of the actual dispatch of the order by courier / mail or delivery at the NEROlab office must be NO LATER than the 14th day from the date of receipt of the order.
4. The processing time and   approval of return to   NEROlab warehouse from   1   to   4   working days.
5. Ways of refund:
- when paying for the order in cash to the courier   refund   cash   is carried out only to the Buyer's Bank account, which is indicated in the return form;
- in case of non-cash settlement, it is carried out directly to the account from which the payment was made.  
6.1   After the approval of the return, we   will transfer funds to the   card or bank account in   period from   1   to 3   banking days, for this you must fill in the full details for the transfer of funds in the   application for   refund. In case of problems with the passage of the payment, we will contact you to clarify the details. Please note that the refund depends on   the speed of processing the operation by your Bank and   can reach 30   banking days.
